We first visited Nosara two years ago for a vacation and quickly fell in love, unable to imagine leaving. Since then, we've embraced the jungle lifestyle, transitioning our boys, dogs, and careers to make it our new home. Along the way, we've gained invaluable knowledge and connected with amazing people. Meet Heather:
Heather brings a wealth of experience in People functions from her time at McKinsey & Company, combined with a background in social impact entrepreneurship. Driven by a deep passion for leadership and performance development, she is dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential. With a strong foundation in client relations and operational strategy, Heather now channels her expertise into Retreat Planning Nosara. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to Audible books during her school drop-off commutes and exploring farmers markets.
Meet Christophe:
Christophe brings 35 years of experience in hospitality, crafting authentic Parisian dining experiences for Texan guests. He later transitioned to food programming and nutrition within Texas school districts after the birth of his two girls, where his meticulous attention to detail and knack for building strong colleague relationships led to his role as Food Director, overseeing regional food operations. With extensive experience in People Operations and Logistics, Christophe is now excited to dedicate his learnings to Retreat Planning Nosara. Outside of work, he enjoys daily walks from Pelada to Guiones and has a keen interest in collecting native plants.
